Each preschool day the children will learn a wide variety of skills; these skills are introduced through reading, writing, math, science, art, music, and playtime. We study different subjects by the week to express creativity and to bring fun into learning of basic preschool academics and social skills.
Children will learn through exploration; art--working with a variety of materials (paint, play dough, sand, water, and more); music; role play; and centers. These types of activities encourage children to use both their minds and hands...through observing, discussing, problem solving, and creativity. Using fingers not only stimulates the hand but it also stimulates the brain, enabling the child to remember through experience and not just memorization.
